"Lots of add ons. My bathroom light wasn’t working when I called reception to tell them about it I was charged, I was also charged for using Wi-Fi even though I signed up for their membership program. Towels and linen were less than spotless, I found a few hairs that weren’t mine. Very impersonal, I won’t be visiting again."

"Room was quiet and clean. The staff greeted us nicely and check-in was easy. The only issue that didn’t get resolved was that the safe in our room didn’t work. They should get it fixed. We didn’t feel unsafe with our possessions, but it is nice to be able to lock up a few things. Hot tub was just hot enough, the jets were anemic. It could have been cleaner. The area around the hotel has a lot of different food options. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. Both drivers were helpful and friendly."
