Its very expensive for a dated room. We were charged an additional fee to check in early, even though our room was available. Probably not my go to hotel when we're in Toronto again.

Room was small and a bit dated but overall it was fine. Stayed for business and it was convenient to be at the same property as the conference. My only gripe is the rounded bed at the top. While it looks nice it makes placing your pillows tricky.

This is a Hyatt Regency facade with an interior of a highway motel. How can you charge 446CA$ per night for a room which is the epitome of squalor and bleakness? The only perk was that the room was clean, but the furniture belonged to the past century, the door latch did not close properly (safety?), and the bathroom counter was so minimalistic that I couldn't fit my beauty case. I was in town for a congress, and I heard that colleagues paid the same or less for much more beautiful and better kept hotels. I won't be back here.
