"Location was very close to the Iyotetsu train station and located on a very big mall with lots of things to do and lots of good restaurants. The morning breakfast was excellent but not as good as the Dormy in Wakayama but still good. Free washes with 100 yen dryer and free popsicles and drinks at the onsen was nice. Will definitely choose this place again"

"Overall, a great hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary mandarin orange juice taps that were provided for guests. The hotel was also located in a good location which was near the onsens and convenience stores nearby. The shopping street was also a stone's throw away. Definitely value for money and will consider staying in this property again when I am back in the area. "
