スタッフの対応は丁寧でした。4人2部屋で宿泊。何度か利用させていただいていますが、安心して宿泊できます。松山城や市街地に歩いて行けるほどの近さで観光に便利でした。道後温泉には少し遠いですが、徒歩圏内に源泉掛け流しの浴場もあります。

スタッフの方の対応はとても丁寧で良かったです。 喫煙部屋しか予約出来なかったので、タバコ吸わない人にとっては、過ごしにくい環境でエレベーター降りたら廊下から染みついたタバコの臭いがすごくて、部屋も臭いが強く慣れるまで、居心地が悪かったです。 あと、朝食は出来れば松山の名物など増やして欲しかった
