其實酒店地點都相當方便，有穿梭巴士來往步行街只需幾分鐘。房間是清潔的。職員態度亦親切。亦都有泊車位，無需擔心，晚餐早餐都相當豐富，只是酒店裝修有點舊，但是清潔的。酒店內亦都有很多康樂活動可以自行參與。

今次入住體驗非常好！房間就算住5個人都一樣好舒適，空間感充足。酒店亦有shuttle bus接駁到道後站，出入非常方便。溫泉設施一流，特別係戶外溫泉，好放鬆。訂了一泊兩食，餐飲選擇豐富又好味。最後要讚一讚服務員，全部都好有禮貌，而且英文溝通完全冇問題，整體服務質素非常高！

春休みが始まった週と春祭りが重なった日で全館満室の為食事会場がかなり混雑していた。露天風呂付き部屋との事で楽しみにしていたが一般家庭の浴槽がベランダに置いてあり狭くて一度も使わずに大浴場に入った。

有機會一定要再去

整潔的好飯店,有接駁車到道後溫泉站,因為在山上,所以去伊佐爾波神社不用爬樓梯,直接從停車場過去就好了!哈 餐點豐富,酒精飲料喝到飽,空間寬敞,是個舒服的好地方

近くの観光地に歩いて行くのは、坂の上にホテルがあるため不便さはあります。 しかし、部屋なども清潔に保たれているし、スタッフも親切でした。朝食バイキングにも満足です。
