The hotel is an easy walk to many of the landmarks of Inverness; Inverness Castle, many good local restaurants and shops and the Train Station. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit!"

"Unfortunately it was massively over priced but this was due to the Loch Ness marathon weekend. We stayed 2 nights and were very disappointed that we didn't get breakfast on the first morning due to having to leave early for the marathon. I think they could have offered to open half hour earlier personally considering that there were a lot of runners staying at the hotel! The breakfast the next day was nice enough though so no complaints there. They had no chef for evening meals which we weren't told about before coming up either so later Saturday night we had to go out and look for food which was tricky given it was a really busy weekend for the city! When we booked there was nowhere to click double "bed" so unfortunately we had 2 single beds. When I asked about it after checking my invoice the lady behind the desk said that I had to stipulate when booking even though I clicked double room!! The lady on reception on the day we checked out however was very lovely. She booked us a taxi and she was very helpful."

The tub was great for a much needed relaxing soak and the shower was massive. The food in the restaurant was also delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I was so impressed with all of the care and details they put into their hotel as well as making their guests feel special. I will definitely be coming back! It was such a comfortable getaway."
