"This is an old Victorian hotel with character. It suited us because it's not modern and sterile like so many other hotels today. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. We did not eat at the hotel so we can't comment on the food. The town is lovely to walk around with a couple of cafes and a small Morrison's grocery shop."

"This property is in an awesome location! Directly on the river Ness. Charming neighborhood, staff very friendly and helpful. Only reason not 5 star across the board is the lack of provided toiletries (hair care products) and the distillery’s lack of brand products. Were told they not yet producing whisky? Anyway, the breakfast was amazing and overall experience was excellent!"
