Convenient location and comfortable stay. While the property is a little dated it's not that bad, so the main thing dragging this rating down is cleanliness. With a little more attention to detail, this place can be an incredible value stay. Dust bunnies and stains on the carpet can be cleaned. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Super convenient location and was clean. They only offer limited cleaning such as new towels and taking out the trash. Nearby lawson,711, and family mart. Lots of shopping and dining nearby.

The room is tiny, I mean it. But this is some sort expected. The location is good and that is the reason the room is very expensive from its size.

Staff does their job but did not come off very friendly. They also don’t seem to be at the front desk much. You have to ring a bell to get a person to come to the desk. Perhaps they need more staff. Rooms are not cleaned daily. If u want that there will be an extra charge. Complimentary coffee in lobby. They are located near 2 major subway stations and are walking distance to Tsukiji market and high end shopping district.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. It's not the biggest room for two adults and a 23 month old, but it was enough for the amount of time we were there. I liked that there was a washer/dryer in our room, and that the hotel was very close to both the Ginza and Higashi Ginza train stations. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

My wife and I love staying at the Tokyu Stay Ginza for the convenience of getting to the hotel from Haneda airport and all the areas within walking distance. The Higashi Ginza station is literally outside the hotel and it’s easy to get to many places of interest. The residence rooms are the best because there’s a functional kitchenette and more space for longer term travelers like us. The best part if the in-room washer/dryer. Means you can pack less and buy more to take back home with you!

I loved Tokyo and was glad I chose this hotel. I really appreciated its proximity to two different Metro stations. Also, it’s right in the middle of exciting Ginza!

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make it convenient for us both our rooms were in the same floor. Washer inside the room was a big bonus. The room was a little dusty and smelled of urine in the bathroom though I think it can be cleaner. Tub was useful water pressure was excellent. Location is great! I would stay again for the washing machine but please housekeeping can improve. Thanks!
