I think that this hotel room was perfect for my stay. I stayed one night by myself and it was great! It had everything I needed to sleep and shower comfortably. Also, it was very close to the main Shinjuku area which was convenient!

Awesome location with everything you need and easy access to Oedo and Fukutoshin lines. The property is dated, but the rooms are spacious with an excellent ofuro room separate from the main room. The toilet is also separate so good for travelling as a couple.

Staff were nice. The room I stood in had many problems. The toilet handle would flush but it was loose and not mounted correctly. The lav faucet leaked from each handle as well as the tub faucet. The hotel needs to be remodeled

Good place to stay. Hotel has classic decoration, is clean, rooms are spacious, near from transport, restaurants, 7 eleven and bars at Shinjuku. If you want a quiet place and save money this is a good place to stay. The only weird thing is that you have to leave the key every time you go out, but it is because rooms do not have technology to be opened by digital card.

Pros: the room was quite bigger than others we stayed at while we were traveling around Japan. Cons: the room smelled a lot of cigarrettes, it looked a little dirty because of the carpet, the sofa also looked quite desgusting, and the bed was really uncomfortable. They need to change the mattress ASAP.

It was a simple hotel room in japanese style. The Area was very good there are a lot of shops and train/ bus stations around. The receptionist were very friendly but they didnt unterstand english so we communicated with translator apps on the mobile phone.

Great location + good space

Huge space - had a separate bathroom, separate toilet and then a bedroom with a living area next to it. Shower pressure was fantastic, check in & out was very simple, fantastic central location for a brilliant price

Great location to experience nightlife in Kabukicho. Good access to convenient stores, restaurants, and major subway stations. This property is dated, but the room was not too small. The shower was separate from the main room which is great, and shower/bath was excellent.

Great pick in Shinjuku!

This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we gave a lot of thought (and research!) about where to stay, and we’re so glad we picked this area (Kabukicho/Shinjuku). The prime location of this hotel beats everything else! The price is very decent considering where it is, plus it’s very roomy, and has its own fridge, and Japanese style bathroom, which we enjoyed. The staff is very courteous, and accommodating. We would definitely come back again!

For the value for money, this place is excellent. It is quite close to Shinjuku station and to all the shops and amenities. As the other reviewers suggest yes it is old, but it is very clean. It is well run, and the rooms are very large for Japan, which was excellent for our last three nights, as we needed to have space to organize our purchases. I highly recommended place as excellent value for money. They also allowed us to store our luggage in preparation for our flight home.

It is a old building. So the hotel management try to compensate offering a very clean room. Also, the room is relatively big and the bed is comfortable. Although I think they do a good job on the cleaning up part you must remember that this is a old structure. Overall I think the hotel is a good deal. nice location, clean and a comfortable bed.

Clean but old hotel

Its a clean motel . The location is in kabukicho. Staff were polite and helpful . But the hotel goes back to 1980 i think . Some rooms are in Japanese traditional style. But the room was very clean . Its what you pay for .

It's ok, a good price and the location is great but the room was a little bit Oldscool. The carpet has seem better times in his life and the Toilet was flushing the whole time. Maybe I don't understand the system but in four days nobody cleaned the room, or asked me for cleaning. All on all I'm fine for the money I payed but it's not a Secret star recommendation

I think they forgot to add a maddress on the bed, felt the metal feathers inside it. They didnt clean the room a single time in 5 days, no new towels etc. I also missed the fact that all rooms are for smokers, so it smelled bad. There's no hookers to put the wet towels and just 2-3 hangers. the bathroom is so small i had to sit on the side with open door. good things: its in a quite street close to busy areas. central location
