Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip. The room, bathroom, toilet was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful and the location is good.

The hotel is centrally located, easy to get to the airport and this neighbourhood has a lot of great restaurants. The room is very small, great for 1 person, comfortable but I wouldn’t reccommend it for long stays if you are more than 1.

The staff are exceptional people! All spoke fluent English and were willing to help me with some Japanese. Services, when requested were fulfilled in an extremely timely manner with great attention to detail. They were able to give great recommendations for local restaurants. We were not able to attend, but they offer a weekly meet the neighbors night. The in-room laundry was extremely helpful, it's right there! All in one, no moving wet clothes to dryer. We were able to pack lighter knowing we could do laundry when needed. There is so much right there. It is a couple of short blocks from the train station, which we used on a daily basis. Within walking distance to more restaurants than you could go to in a month. Tokyo tower also in walking distance. A grocery store with great premade meals and all the other convenience stores you need. We spent two weeks there and regretted nothing. When it came time to leave, they ordered a cab on my request to take us to the airport. Talk about door-to-door service! Yes, with a staff and accommodations like that it was hard to leave. You may think the rooms are small, but not really. They turned out perfect for the two of us. You figure, clean up, laundry and a place to recharge for the next day, perfect for us! If our next trip has us in the area, I will try to stay there again!

We had an incredible 12-night stay at Section L Hamamatsucho and will definitely stay there again when we return to Tokyo. The location is ideal, sitting just a short three-minute walk from two main stations. Our spacious family suite had everything we needed, and we slept brilliantly every single night. What truly set the experience apart was the genuinely friendly staff, who always wished us a good day in the mornings and warmly welcomed us back in the evenings; they were also immensely helpful in providing Takkyubin passes for our luggage. We felt completely safe staying there with our 5-year-old daughter, and we particularly loved the Tuesday evening drinks in the lobby.

Section L was a great apartment hotel experience! I only stayed briefly, but the front desk staff helped me with getting my bags to my room, making sure everything was sorted for my stay, answered the questions that I had regarding an early morning check out, and I think that it was all a great experience overall! I would gladly stay there again to have a nice home-like stay in Hamamatsucho.

It’s like living in an apartment building, but with on-site staff to assist if we ran into any problems. Got to cook in Japan, so of course had to do the Wagyu. Also able to do laundry in your own room. Great place to stay. Next time I will pack less so I’ll have more room to buy things to bring home and share with family 😊

Je suis restée 4 nuits dans une chambre avec de quoi se faire à manger (tous les ustensiles étaient prévus pour), faire une lessive et dormir tranquillement. Le quartier est animé mais on n’entend rien de la chambre. Service adorable , j’y retournerai !

Sublime séjour de 18 nuits à Tokyo. Le logement était idéal avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. L'équipe était formidable, très aimable et prévenante. Le happy hour du mardi est une excellente idée conviviale. L'emplacement était parfait, avec un accès très facile depuis Haneda (direct), très calme pour se reposer et avec beaucoup de restaurants et de choses à visiter (à moins de 15 min à pieds de la Tokyo Tower). Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons pouvoir y revenir dans l'avenir. ありがとうございます
