Superb location can’t beat the price!!

It’s well known that Tokyo’s dwellings are small and tight, with that being said, the room was small but I would stay here again and will recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Tokyo simply because the location is superb!! Pod Select hotel is 350ft from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station, exit C7, you can’t beat that!! The lobby is super comfy, with a machine that dispenses hot or cold Green tea, Coffee, Water.

Great deal

The hotel was clean and tidy and the employees were eager to communicate in English which is rare in Japan. Only downside was the slow wifi but it worked fine at the lobby so no complaints.

I like the hotel and have stayed there many times over the years, under both new and previous ownership. The rooms are clean but small. If one is used to a smaller Japanese-style hotel, this is fine. The hotel is very close to the tunnel system connecting it to Shinjuku station and the Metro system in addition to restaurants and the park nearby.

The hotel is old and careless, at the beginning I received tiny room that smelled bad of vomit, but the problem was solved, changing the room. Too pricy for what it is!

シャワー、カランのマークに見えるのに、カランではなく上から水が降ってくるのは書いておいてほしい。あれでは最初に水（冷たい）を浴びてしまう。 トイレのドアの立て付けが悪いのは気になった。 トイレのウォームレットが効いてなくて冷たかった。 備え付けのティッシュは無い。
