とにかく外観がボロボロで気味が悪い。廊下も電気がついていないので、自分の部屋の番号がうまく見えない（廊下の電気のスイッチは自分で見つけてつけた）。あと、wifiが古くてセキュリティーが心配。そして、全然繋がらない。さらに、アメニティーに歯ブラシが無い（これはゲストハウスでは普通なのか？）。本当に必要最低限のみを求める人には最適。値段はまあまあ安いが、個人的には値段未満の価値しか感じなかった。

値段等加味すればすべて十分なレベルではないでしょうか？もっと施設にハイレベルなものを求めるのであればそれなりに金額を出せばいいだけだと思います 金額に見合ったいいホテルだと思います

It's cool how they're complete with a mini stove, fridge, microwave and other amenities even though they're price is really cheap. There's a lot of good places to eat around the area and a 7/11 and mini grocery store beside it.

3LDKの各部屋に鍵がついていて個室になっています。他の部屋の方とは会うことがありませんでしたが値段の割には快適に泊まることが出来ました。wifiがあるのはよかった。

子どもと泊まってみて

小学校高学年と中学生の子どもと泊まりました。子どもの年齢がこのくらいだと特に問題はなかったです。トップに出ている写真と実際の部屋に差があったので、空室が事前にわかるととても嬉しいです。チェックインなどの対応はとても良かったです(*^^*)駅からも近く、コンビニもあります。

まさかの…

バスタオルの貸し出しがあり便利でした。 2段ベッドの二階だったのですが、下の方が寝返りを打つたびにベッドが地震のように揺れて毎回目が覚めてしまいました。

シェアハウス的なトイレ付きシングルルームでした。ロフトベッドの下に机と収納キャビネットがあり、コンパクトにまとまっており便利でした。大きなダイソー、スーパー、コンビニと暮らしている感覚で過ごせました。

For the price, it was so so. The local area was great. I lived with anorher 3 people in a small room with 3 two level beds. They were very hard. So its not for everyone. The airconditioning worked ok.

女性一人ではお勧め出来ません

マンションをドミトリーにしていいて、玄関を入ると共有スペースがあり、ベッドルームが３つありました。最初は、男性が一緒になる事は無い、と説明していましたが、最初の２泊はご夫婦で泊まっていました。ご夫婦という事なので了解しましたが、3泊目は、夜に戻ると掃除もしておらず、掃除道具の入ったコンテナが置きっぱなしでした。音がして他の客がいるんだな。と思いましたが、朝出ようと玄関に行くと、男性の靴がありました。結局3泊供男性がいた訳で、しかも3泊目は何の説明もありませんでした。グループで利用するならいいかも知れませんが、女性一人では怖いかも知れません。

困った感じになりました(^^;;

マンションのワンフロア全部をホテルとして利用してる感じです。 キレイとはとても言えないしセキュリティ面ではものすごく怖いです。 おちおちシャワーにも行けません。 今回はたまたま男は自分１人だったので、部屋に鍵をかけて入浴に行けましたが、それ以外だと無理です。 男は自分１人だったんですが、誰か夜中に入ってきました。デブっちょの男です。他の宿泊者かと思いましたが朝には居なかったので、、、 リビングも狭いので、他の女の子が使ってたら気づかってリビングにも出にくい、そんな所です。

Lucky if you were the only occupant

Palette Takashimadaira is quite close to the station, and a Konbini is right across. I was late for check-in time, but they left an instruction on their office door for late check-in. I was lucky to be the only occupant of the shared room. Dining kitchen and the shower room were quite comfy- although I was choked by the strong flower fragrance of the towels provided. My compartment had a bunk bed quite close to the ceiling. Can't ask more for the price I paid.
