立地場所は、表参道ど真ん中！すごく良く、オススメの色々な店に行きやすい！ 入口は、建物左奥目にあり、わかりづらいかも…😅 チェックインまでの方法は、オンラインのみなので、特に年配の日本人の方には、難しいかもです。部屋(704)は、入ってすぐ小さい段差が1つあり。可愛いデザインの室内！

2泊したのですが、2泊目のタオルやパジャマ等の交換についてメールで確認したら交換可能の返信をいただき、次の日出かけている間に洗った物に交換していただけました 部屋の中の一つ一つの物にこだわりがあり、大好きなフランフランのグッズが使われていて本当に素敵でした

Everything was within walking distance, konbini, train stations nearby and shopping district. The only con we have is that it didn’t have a front desk so we can forward our luggages. Will recommend to everyone looking to stay in Omote Sando!

宿泊先としては清潔ですし、特に問題はありません。ですが、完全無人なのですがロックの解除がわかりづらいです。メールにてナンバーが送られてくるのですが、ルームナンバーの他に番号と＊アスタリスクが送られてきます。てっきりルームナンバーを押せば解除されると思いきや、番号+ asteriskを入力しないと解除しないシステムでした。かなり複雑で分かりづらく、日本人なのに日本人にはわかりづらいと感じました。また電話番号も一生懸命ネットで検索しないと出てこないので、すぐにわかるようにマニュアルの横に電話番号ぐらい書いておいた方が良いかと思います。 日本人にとっては、asterisk？って感じですよね ※ = asteriskですね。私は知らなかったですが、勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。

The location was great but the place is airbnb style which i was not aware when i booked it. No staff to welcome or assist, and room is not cleaned during your stay. Reasonable price considering the location and there was a triple sharing option available.

駅から徒歩1分、渋谷や原宿も徒歩圏内で行ける最高の立地でした！ フロントデスクの無いホテルですが、細かなご案内がありました。 事前にチェックイン手続きをしておいたので現地では時間かからずスムーズにお部屋に行くことができました。 お部屋もきれいで、清潔でしたので大満足です。 また利用したいです。

It was easy to access from Omotesando station. Also, you can go to Harajuku and Shibuya on your foot during window shopping. This is the best location to enjoy in Tokyo. There is no front desk but it was no problem to check in because we already finished pre-check-in they sent us in advance. The room is very cozy and clean.
