Very convenient for staying at right before our flight home. There's not a ton nearby to do (as it is right near the airport) so not ideal for more than a night or two at most. There were great restaurants in the building, some fun shopping to pass the time before our flight, and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating with bag check as we arrived prior to our check in time.

Best part of this location is definitely the onset. Hotel is clean and comfortable and right next to airport and transit. Lots of shopping options. The only downside is the price which is much higher than all other hotels if you are willing to take transit out of airport.

I had a reservation for 4 people and I show the confirmation mail. they said they do not have reservation for the room I reserved for and they asked me to call Expedia from there at 8PM since they do not have control over Expedia web or any non Japanese reservation site which I was not my fault. They demand us to pay to stay there, if we want that specific room. In the end after 90 or more later. They finally give us a room for 2 and ask as for pay for another 2 people. So bad and I complain more since I already paid for one room for 4. They finally gave us one more room for no extra charge. They could have done better, we got to the room at 10 pm, it took 2 hours to check in!

The hotel is great by the airport and using airport access and amenities. However if you want Tokyo, you will be on the subway. If you want to be away, but like public transportation this works. Rooms are small.

The location is very convenient being just a short walk from the arrivals area. Rooms are quiet and all kinds of shops and facilities are within easy reach. Most of all, it is the staff who make the hotel what it is; the staff here are typical of the better Japanese hotels in being extremely kind, helpful, and efficient.

This hotel had the best hospitality and full spa services at the onsen, which was absolutely the highlight! Reception staff were all super friendly and helpful. Shopping is right next door with lots of food options as well. Taking public transit also convenient as everything is connected indoors. The only complaint I had was with housekeeping staff, who couldn’t communicate well in either Japanese or English and showed up at the door despite us having notified front desk the night before that service wasn’t needed the next day.

Amazing onsen at the hotel! Outdoor and indoor bathing with sauna and steam room with a view! You can sit back and enjoy the planes arriving and departing whilst in the onsen. Clean rooms and nice and quiet but loooong hallways as the hotel is massive. A very convenient stopover when traveling from Hokkaido to Okinawa. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean, efficient property, if a bit impersonal. Easy walk (5 minutes) to Haneda Terminal 3. Great rooftop onsen for some relaxation after a long flight. Many dining options just minutes’ walk away. Great for short stay before or after flight. Don’t expect luxury, but definitely satisfied for price paid.

We were there for the second half of our trip to Japan, and are already talking about coming back. It was soooo convenient being attached to Haneda airport, with access to transportation. The availability and variety of shops and dining was amazing. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel restaurants were delicious. We ate at the daily breakfast buffet and their premier dining. We also visited several of the dining in the adjacent shopping area. The spa is amazing. I used the Onsen and the stone massage. The onsite Onsen was an amenity that influenced my decision to stay here.I can also verify that they are tattoo friendly. Which is not the case at many other Onsens.I don't have any that could be considered offensive or gang related, which they vaguely refer to in the Onsen policies. We purchased the breakfast package which gave us each 1 voucher per day to the buffet. We purchased the spa package which gave us access to the Onsen and spa dining, massage and other spa procedures are extra (very reasonably priced). It was more expensive than our stay in Okinawa, but definitely worth every penny. My room overlooked the Monorail and the airport. I could literally watch planes take off and land from my window. Other reviews mention hearing the airport noise, but I heard nothing. Not even from adjacent rooms. They have eco friendly cleaning schedules. The water pressure was amazing and the shampoo/conditioner smelled great.

This is a very convenient hotel with much to offer guests. The attached shopping area located between the hotel and Haneda Terminal 3 is an outstanding feature. I highly recommend this hotel!
