Decent Hotel in Meguro
The hotel itself is fine. It is a room in one of the best locations in the city, but it is a bed, a toilet, and that is about it. I am not knocking it, but if you are looking to come to Tokyo on a budget, this is certainly a good option. It is super close to the train station which is great, and right next door to a Blue Bottle which is nice. Again, this is a great place for a solo traveler, but I wouldn't recommend this for a couple or family.

Basic hotel, a simple stay-in. Early 10am checkout
A basic hotel and nothing fanciful. Comfortable enough. Aircon a little bit old - I changed rooms once because of the aircon non-functioning. Even when I changed to another room, the aircon took a little while to cool and it has an automatic function that stops periodically. I am not used to having aircon stopping halfway but this cannot be controlled. One not-so-good note is about the very early check out timing. It is at 10.00am. I have never been to a hotel that has such early check out. My business partner forgot it was 10.00am (*most hotels are 12.00pm standard check out) and so he checked out around 12.00pm. He was fined and paid extra. By the way, the check in time is 3.00pm. So I have no idea why they got an early check out time and a late check in. Not good in my opinion for that. Otherwise, everything else is just basic simple.

Nice ans chill location
Nice location. Close to station and easy connection to JR ans metro lines. A district where you can enjoy local life. Very close to meguro river!

部屋は衛生的で快適でした。最近良く見るようなウェルカムドリンクがあるとイメージが良いと思います。暖房にしたときのエアコンが臭かったのが残念です。 立地は駅からやや離れているのでとても便利とまでは言えないですが、近くにコンビニやドン・キホーテがあるので出張の足りないものを補うのに良かったです。良い意味で普通のビジネスホテルでした。

降雪のため勤務地付近の宿泊施設を検索し、当ホテルを予約。駅近でコンビニも至近。部屋は広くはないものの機能的で問題なし。願わくは、充電ケーブルと室内ポットがあればいう事なし。

駅近でとても便利。朝食をつけなくても近くにコンビニやカフェがあり便利。 壁が薄いのかたまに隣の物音が聞こえた。 緑茶、ほうじ茶、ウーロン茶のティーバッグがサービスされていたが、出来ればコーヒーがあれば良かった。 特に問題なく便利な場所であったのでまた利用したい。

大晦日に利用させてもらった事もあり、チェックインの時、ミニカップの年越しそばいただきました。嬉しい心遣いでした。美味しくいただきました。場所的にも駅にも近く下にはコンビニもあり便利でした。次も機会があればこちらを利用したいと思います。

駅から近く便利、バス停も近くにあり交通の便が非常に良かったです。フロントの方は男性のスタッフ女性のスタッフ共に感じがよく、気持ちよく利用出来ました。お部屋も清潔で大変満足しております。 おかげさまで良い旅行となりました。ありがとうございました。
