We loved it! Very nice staff! Was worried about the language barrier but they used a translator and made it easy. Very nice room. Quiet and convenient. Highly recommend

Check in was very easy and booking via Expedia was also easy. I speak some japanese and that helps. The staff were kind and the rooms had nice amenities. Though I did not order it, room service is available. Please be aware of check-in and out hours and read all rules. Kabukicho is great for night life, but stay aware of your surroundings. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

before I booked the hotel, i saw the review say the hotel is really really small, but it is acceptable for a short stay, we stayed one night, it has space for you to put 2 big luggages, and it has a big screen TV. walking distance to tourist area. will stay again, girl at the front desk will use google translate to communicate with you without problem and they even give us 2 cup noodles for welcoming. thanks

内装はほぼビジネスホテル

ラブホですが、受付の人も優しい感じでエレベーターで部屋へ直結でした。内装もラブホっぽい感じでなく、ビジネスホテルに近い割に部屋も広くて良かったです。別途も2人分なので広くて寝やすいです。

Location was great, we booked here for the novelty of it at our last night. The room was tinier than normal places in Japan and hardly anywhere to move around but I guess it’s not really for travelers ha. Bathroom was great though!

彼女に金がないと思われる空間

1人で泊まるにはいいです。 ペアーだと狭いので圧迫感があります。キャリーケースなどの荷物を置くスペースはありません。 風呂もユニットバスみたいな感じです。風呂に入ったあとにトイレは床が濡れてるので大変です。 浴槽はザラっとしてました。

연박의 개념이 플랜에 따라 달라요.

숙박 플랜을 잘 살핀 후 가야합니다. 오후 21시까지는 체크인을 할 수 없습니다. 연박이라도 가방을 방에 둘 수가 없고 한번 10시에 나와서 다시 체크인 하고 들어가야하는데 그것도 오후 21시에 가능합니다. 더 정확한 숙박 플랜에 대해서 자세한 설명이 필요합니다.

One night in a love hotel

After a weird check-in experience where I got an e-mail that I was checked in before actually arriving at the hotel, I was very pleasantly surprised by the room itself. This is a love hotel, so don't expect the impossible, but the room was very clean with by far the widest range of amenities I ever found in a hotel of this price range. Very pleasant atmosphere in the room too and as far as Tokyo goes plenty of space for a few big suitcases. One downside (also typical for a love hotel) is the permeating smell of smoke... But if you can look past this The Hotel absolutely offers value for money.

Comfy, funky and affordable hotel in BEST location

We loved our stay at this funky little love hotel! The location is AMAZING. So much to do and see within blocks! The hotel staff was very sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super nice. For the value, I’d highly recommend it!

二度と予約しません。

15時に入室できるプランだと思い込んでいたら21時からしか入れないとのことで、同伴者とトラブルになり結局一人で泊まりました。後ほどカスタマーセンターに電話して21時から10時のプランだと知りましたが、サイトの説明がとにかくわかりにくい！ 今後、アダルトオンリーのホテルには絶対予約しません。みなさんもお気をつけください！！！

Hotel the hotel is a love hotel. Avoid.

We had a friend come up to the room for a bit more than 10 minutes. The staff then demanded we pay an additional approx 5800 yen as it is a love hotel. After arguing with the reception and manager I paid it out of fear of being kicked out of our room with nowhere else to go with the money we had left. The price charged here for "by the hour" visits is significantly higher than surrounding hotels also. The customer service here in this instance was absolutely terrible. Avoid this one folks.

色々な意味で不思議

デザイナーズホテルというだけあって、とても近未来的でオシャレなのですが、部屋のドアは薄めで、開けるとすぐお部屋。向かいの部屋との距離も近くて結構声が聞こえてきてしまいます。 設備は一通り揃っていて不自由しません。 最大の難点はお風呂。 洗面・トイレと併設、しかも洗い場がないです。身体を洗って湯船にゆっくり浸かる、ができません。シャワーカーテンがついていますがどう気を遣っても洗面スペースの床面が濡れてしまい、気持ち悪いです。 ホテルのHPを見ると様々なクーポンが用意されていますが、予約客はクーポン使用できないそうです。 一番リーズナブルなランクの部屋だったので、すべての部屋がそうではないと思いますがどうしても使いづらい印象が残ってしまいました。
