The breakfast options met my needs - toast, cereal and for breakfast included i had the japanese breakfast a couple of times which was quite different to the usual NZ breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfy,. The only negative really was the shower which baiscally pointed horizontally. The room was super small but thats expected - lucky both of us are travelling lighter without suitcases to accommodate this. It was a short walk to the train station and hub of restaurants so - a great location.

Great Hotel!

The location of the property is great for getting around tokyo by public transport. The hotel itself offers lots of freebies in the lobby ie face masks, bath salts and other toiletries. The staff were really friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good priced hotel stay.

The hotel was conveniently located to a train station, so wherever we wanted to go, it only took us 20 minutes or so. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was clean, my only wish was that the room would have been a little bigger.

First of all, the staff here were the friendliest of our whole trip. Bubbly, kind, and full of great recommendations! Another huge pro was the unique and incredible amenities- they had free bath salts, skin care items, and even face masks that we took advantage of for a relaxing stay! The hotel was extremely comfortable, safe, and clean. We would love to stay here again!

The hotel is well Located, however they allow smoking in the rooms and our hallway was always smelling like cigarettes. Rooms are small but well equipped for all you would need after spending all day exploring the city

Nicely surprised

Was initially apprehensive b/c the location was in Akasaka which no one ever talked about as an area to stay as a tourist. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and Natasha was the sweetest. The hotel is in a quaint residential area with a 7/11 right next door and a few other connivence stores/markets nearby. Train station within walking distance. Rooms are small but doable. Overall great hotel and wonderful stay.

Friendly staff that were very welcoming and helpful. Great area to stay after a day of hustle and bustle sightseeing. Quiet area with everything you need around. Restaurants and convenience stores and cafes/bakeries close by. Two subway stations within 3 minutes walk. Large room by Japanese standards. Would stay in this hotel again. Thank you to the wonderful, welcoming staff.

This is my second time staying here and my second review. The hotel staff is amazing. The hotel is amazing. Clean, simple and has everything you need. It’s close to various trains so with some minor walking you can go any direction of Tokyo. The staff once again is awesome and I told them that because of them I’d never stay in Tokyo unless it’s in this hotel. Always happy to be back - Renato

It was the perfect location in Tokyo!! A quiet neighbourhood that was so close to the subway line so you could literally go anywhere. The coffee in the lobby literally saved us and the staff was incredible! So kind and willing to help if you needed anything. Also the skin care bar blew my mind! I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
