Room is clean. Standard size of the room in Japan for 2 people. ( mine is Deluxe Twins) All staffs are nice and polite. I love they provide mini croissant, drinks and coffee in the lobby. Hotel location is so convenient.

comfortable beds, pillows, spacious room for a tokyo room, we can open 2 checkin bags and 1carry on at the same time. Boyfriend celebrated his bday during our trip too and they fixed a little congratulations on the bed on the day of our arrival. Near Asakusa Toie line and Hibiya line and a little walk to Ginza line. Perfect place to stay when u like shopping!

I’m giving Agora 3 / 5 because they charged me US$12 for a missing key card! This is the only hotel that I’ve stayed at to do this. I opted to pay at the hotel instead of thru Expedia and I was charged US$30 more than what i agreed with Expedia. The front desk asked me if that is okay. Like I have a choice to decline at that point at 8pm! The breakfast is great. The room is very small. The hotel is located in a very walkable area with Family Mart and 711 on both ends of the block.
