We stayed 5 nights @ Minn Ueno. Very close to train stations with Family Mart close by. The apartment is quite spacious for family of 4. Very helpful receptionist. We will definitely come back in the future.

Its a nice quiet area, close to the subway (iriya station is a 6min walk). The room was spacious and clean. Front desk is virtual, so may bee difficult if you need anything. Luggage storage space is limited and not monitored. Basically it is a bike lock in the front reception area. Great for large groups, especially if your kids like bunk beds!

Deluxe room

Check in was very easy. Staff is also available on call which helps for later check ins. Deluxe room was very nice and clean. It was big enough for a group of 6 guys although there is only one bathroom in the room. There is another bathroom in the lobby. Shower is spacious and there is a washer/dryer combined unit. Very pleasant experience! Will definitely want to stay again in the future! Staff is also available for chatting and they even helped me do some research for nice places to visit!

5 adults (My husband and 3 adults children were stayed ) stayed 4night at the hotel. We love it! Akari's room is super clean and cozy. My favorite was laundry machine with free detergent. It takes only 5mints from subway Iriya station to Akari. Convenience store、drug store, grocery store, 100yen store near by the hotel. We are recommend the hotel!

Property was ok however i feel it was overpriced when compared with other hotel we stayed at which was same price but more luxurious and provided much more and breakfast. I was disappointed that we didnt even have a tea towel to dry dishes, broom no where to be seen and the sink and shower kept blocking and over flowing. I dont think i would return.

The building is around 5min walk from a metro station and it is quite convenient. There are several restaurants and food / convenience stores nearby. The location is quite good. As a service apartment, there is only very limited additional service offered. It is not a problem if you don't stay a long period of time or you don't mind washing clothes by yourself etc. One issue is that the sound proof of the building seems not very good because I heard heavy noise of walking and jumping from the room above over my 4 nights of stay. Overall, it is a decent option for a family to stay in Tokyo.

We are a family of 4 with kids age 8/10. They love this hotel that I booked for our first trip to Tokyo. We love the space in the room. The room is well equipped with everything we need. The washer/dryer is great for our everyday laundry. We also love how our air conditioner is strong to keep us cool at night. Will definitely book back again.
