Apparently, the hotel is located in the area where a lot of night entertainment which often show signs which are not suitable for kids to look at while walking. Too much drunken young people with trashed part of street near by. Overall it is a new property with friendly staff but the are is not suitable for families with kids.

I loved everything about this hotel (5 Stars). Great for vacation and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. There’s a nice Starbucks located inside this hotel. I would recommend and stay again.

This hotel is top notch. Clean and modern rooms with amazing views. The staff was very accommodating and provided excellent service. Located in the heart of Shinjuku with Shinjuku station about a 5 minute walk away.

Booked this hotel for myself and my two daughters (18 & 20) for our first time in Japan. First upon checking in, the staff greeted us right at the Uber drop off. She guided us up to the check in kiosk and handled everything. We booked the two twin room for three ppl. Was worried I’d have to rent a cot for extra or have my daughter sleep in the bathtub. 😆 But no, they had three beds already set up. Hotel room was clean, neat and the view!!! Amazing! The shower/bath was so cool! The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of it all! Kabukichu has a reputation for being on the sketch side. ‘Sketch’ side in Japan is nothing compared to ‘sketch’ side in America. Again, we are three ladies. We felt totaly safe. Train station is very close by. In fact, leaving to the JR station is about a 7 min walk where we walked with three fairly large luggage’s the entire way. Everything was convenient. Close to Shibuya/harajuku (short train ride). I highly recommend.
