"I had excellent experience at this hotel, my room facing ocean and loved to see the airplane landing from my room. Also there stuffs was friendly and really helpful with everything. I was thinking about getting hotel at or near kokusai dori, but I think I made best choice for my trip to Okinawa taking mom, and she really enjoyed the stay, I recommend this hotel for Okinawa visit"

"The laundry did not dry our clothes properly. The offer for massage was to be in our room which we thought that was quite strange. Staff were unable to confirm this clearly in the beginning. Other than that, it was quiet and clean."

"It was a little confusing checking in and getting the room key. Had multiple emails and messages in regards to this, in the end needed to put the door code at the door itself to retrieve the key."
