"Room was super tiny. Not sure why they let you book it for 4 people when there’s only 2 beds. I thought there was at least another couch or convertible chair to use for one more person. Advertised a microwave oven that apparently broke the day before we stayed. Had to eat dinner cold. Otherwise everything else is great, especially the location and the fact that they can bring your car for rental just in front on the hotel. "

"Older hotel, but beautiful. It’s not easy to get to from the airport if you are taking a taxi or limo bus. Takes about 2 hours with traffic. Multiple restaurants, but there is usually long lines for the buffets. Absolutely gorgeous ocean views. Only two out of three elevators were working and we were on the 9th floor, so on average it took between 5-10 minutes of waiting during busy times to get on an elevator. Most times we were crammed in like sardines and stopped at every floor. Property is walkable and there are hidden little beaches everywhere. You can rent an e-bike and ride around. We rode to the lighthouse and into town. The staff were excellent and the rooms were huge. Only a few restaurants were open in March. I guess more open up over the summer, but finding options were limited. There is a little town square about a 12 minute walk from the hotel that has more dining options. "

"This place was pretty good! It's a bit tired looking, a little run down here and there, but overall was very satisfactory. The indoor pool was very warm, which was nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much to choose from and really good food. I appreciated that it was included in our stay! The outdoor pool had just opened for the season when we arrived so it was too cold for us, but it looked good. I'll be honest when I say the photos don't totally match reality, it's not quite as stunning as it looks, and yes, you do have to go through an industrial area to get there, but for the three nights we stayed, we had fun. I recommend having a car if you can, it's an hour walk to the aquarium, partly along the beach and then through more industrial area, you need to cab or bus to town, but the bus isn't super frequent and it's very slow. Several stops. Not what we were used to coming from the efficiency of mainland Japan, so we ended up spending around 30-80 (CAD) a day on taxis to get anywhere in the surrounding area. To get to Shuri Castle you can actually cab to the Akamine stop for around 2000 Yen, then take the train the rest of the way. Saves you a bit of money and time. Limo bus is also slow. But it was only about 18 minutes to the airport by taxi, which is convenient. Beware the harbor view room, it is technically a harbor, but it's all shipping containers and freighters and what looks like a factory? If you're not in your room much, it's ok. "

"It's a good 4 star hotel, great breakfast as far as variety, but be careful - they say they close at 10am, but they aggressively remove all dishes right at 9:30, so plan accordingly! Other then very early food removal from breakfast, it's a great hotel."
