"Nice modern hotel with really good staff. Management was very helpful. Mr. Saito had many good suggestions. The breakfast was a good call, lots of options. The hotel has its own bus that will take you anywhere around town and the resorts. It’s walkable to stores and restaurants"

"I like the open air onsen, and the service received at the buffer breakfasts and dinners. However, the aircon is only in heater mode, and the window cannot be opened. "

"Every staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Breakfast buffet includes both Western and Japanese items, excellent free wine tasting with crackers and chocolates. Modern facility, excellent location, our room was surprisedly neat and spacious. If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!"
