This is a house located on a field with a grand view of the mountains. The host prepared breakfast for us each morning which was an authentic Japanese breakfast. "I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My friend left his wallet back at the hotel and they were very helpful in locating it and mailing it to his forwarding address. I must mention Renko in the staff who was instrumental in finding the wallet, thank you so much. The hotel itself is great, very helpful staff, amazing onsen and nice facilities. Also very close to Asahidake for those who want to hike or ski in the winter."

"Exellent dinner buffet! Free shuttles (reserved) from Asahikawa and to Biei were very convenient. 3 mins walk to the famous Shirogane Bridge for great views. We didn't go to the Blue Pond due to transport logistics and lots of flying insects. Free water bottles and japanese sweets in room. Rooms were nice and clean. The only problem was our 2 rooms didn't have airconditioning, or rather, the central airconditioning is not effective at all. It was too hot to sleep for our 1 night stay in August but we would gladly stay again when it is not that hot."
