"Lovely hotel & lovely staff. Good breakfast. Good aircon. Free shuttle to Sendai Station. Plenty of amenities in room. Right next door to local mall & outlet mall."

"Good place to stay, but the rooms were quite small and they have 3 laundry machines for a 12 floor building. That was a bit inconvenient, but still manageable. They have carousel parking if you have a car, and the location is conveniently located around downtown and the station, so very walkable. Breakfast is good, but slightly on the expensive side. Still worth it, since there isn’t much to eat early in the area besides the Lawson, which is conveniently located in the first floor of the same building."
