very nice hotel but slow elevator at times. 5 minute walk to Sendai Station. The hotel is on the East side of the station but the West side has much more shopping/food choices. Staff extremely courteous.

A wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the afternoon in the lounge area. Wonderful views of the city from the room. Very convenient to get around Osaka with transport options within easy walk. Shops and restaurants right on the doorstep.
