"Staff are excellent, very helpful & friendly. Esp. when I was checking into the hotel while my husband was driving back to Narita airport to return the rental car in a rush. "We chose this property for the price, and I think depending on your situation, it can be a good spot. I highly recommend having a car as it’s very far out in the residential area and they provide free ample parking. There’s a JR train station about 12 minute walk away, but if you have lots of luggage’s, it’s not a great walk. the rooms itself were fine, and the breakfast was pretty good. Typical Japanese breakfast. "

"This was our fourth time staying at a R9 The Yard Hotel. We found them all great. What we liked most about this one was we had 2 beds. The space is a little tight but worth it for us. They offer you a free frozen meal for each person at check in plus they also have free coffee available 24/7 in the office. Each room has a fridge, mircrowave and kettle."

"I was a wonderful place to stay in an area that does not have a lot of hotels. Perfectly clean and quiet. I was able to walk to the hotel from the nearby Togane train station with my suitcase. I would definitely recommend for those passing through Togane, Chiba!"
