Stock). Das grosse Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche ist genial für Familien. Vom Balkon mit Sonne kann man die Kinder auf dem Spielplatz/Trampolin und den Kuhstall sehen. "Beautiful chalet in peaceful location, but walking distance to village. Well equipped and characterful, with a lovely garden fot relaxing and al fresco dining. Owner was most helpful and responsive. Lots to see and do in the area, just 25 minutes drive to Bad Tolz. Great for cycling and walking."

"Very nice house, well located close to town, with a lot of living space on the ground floor, including the hot tub. Location is a bit funny as window profile factory right across the street but absolutely no disturbance, but also house is 2 under 1 roof and thankfully neighbor was very quiet, also some sort of wood chipping operation under the floor (bonking noise at times). "Beautiful chalet, wonderful amenities, close to town but not in a busy area! Only detractors were immediate vicinity to train tracks behind the property, and lack of simple appliance instructions for non-EU renters. Host is fantastic and very responsive!"
