The flat is located in an enclosed residential area away from the traffic noises. It is on the first floor with lift and comprises of an ample and airy living room with an open plan kitchen with balcony. The sitting room features a new sofa and a luxurious marble flooring. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and all essential appliances, such as electric oven, kettle,crockery and dishware.
The double bedroom has a new memory foam mattress and pillows, a set of drawers and a mirror.
Cosy bathroom with shower fully stocked with essential products. The flat just 3 min away from the archeological site of Hadrian’s Villa (Villa Adriana) which is recognised as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The strategic location allows you to easily reach the major attractions such as Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana which are about 10 minutes away.
