Beautifully renovated, but parking is very difficult. Great location. Room was quite noisy. Best for younger clients.

The only drawback of this excellent B&B is the parking. You park in a nearby municipal lot ($E6-8/day) and walk 1/4 mile to the facility. Rooms are on upper floors as is check in. It was a bit difficult to find by car (my wife borrowed a local phone to alert check in) and we needed directions for the last 100m. Our host was terrific but was only on site by per-arrangement. Not difficult if understood in advance. We will be back!

Impossible place

This places was impossible to find by car, even using the GPS!! It is not suitable for people driving a car. The owner was not helpful in providing instructions or a map for such a difficult place. The place had no lift and the stairs are steep and two lots per floor. Our room did not have doors to the toilet or shower. There was no light in the shower. No tissues were provided, the air conditioner did not work . The parking was a long way away and again, impossible to get back from. We would not recommend this place.

Très belle endroit, chambre de bonne dimension ainsi que la douche. Endroit tranquille et silencieux. Salle pour le petit déjeuner très jolie avec vue sur la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Avons adoré notre séjour. Bien situé pour visiter les sites touristiques et se restaurer. Nous recommandons sans problème.

Um charme o cafe da manhã

A entrada do hotel é simples, mas o quarto que fiquei era muito bem decorado, banheiro todo em marmore, muito confortável. O café da manhã é servido no ultimo andar e tem vista para a Catedral. O café é muito bom, preparado com itens frescos. Vale lembrar que não tem elevador - não tive problemas com isso.

Uns hat im B&B im Grunde alles gefallen, bis auf einen leicht muffigen Geruch im Bad und etwas Schimmel an Boden der Dusche. Gegen den Geruch hat aber bereits ein sofort vom Personal gestelltes Duftöl Abhilfe geschaffen. Simone, der uns empfangen hat, war super freundlich und sehr behilflich, insbesondere auch bei der Vermittlung von Restaurants in Tivoli. Das "Sibilla" ist die absolute Spitze! Einmalig ist die Nähe der Unterkunft zur Villa D Este, so dass man selbige am besten kurz vor Kassenschluss um 17:30 Uhr besuchen sollte und so dann den "Garten-Wasser-Traum" bis 19:45 Uhr quasi für sich allein hat. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und gut, für italienische Gepflogenheiten sogar sehr gut.

One night in Tivoli.

We had a lovely one night stay, we had the junior suite on the top floor, some stairs to climb. But worth it. Communication were great, the room was as in the photos. Breakfast was very nice and in a lovely room with views all around. Thoroughly recommend recommend a stay here.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast room a delightful surprise. Simone was a most gracious host and the staff at breakfast was the most helpful and professional we experienced on our Italy road trip. We cannot recommend Al Palazzetto highly enough.

What a beautiful hotel, we parked right in front of the hotel, great room,,we were very impressed at the design!! Great small patio/ balcony outside, just amazing! Walking distance to all the historical places, like the Centre of town, the Villa D’Este etc.

The property has a cool antique looking. The rooms as renovated and easy to find. The staff was great and made us feel at home. On our departure morning, as we needed to leave early in the morning, they accommodate the time for the our breakfast to make sure we would eat before leaving and I think it was awesome and thoughtful. I really recommend the place and the city. Tivoli is beautiful.
