Easy walk from the Roma Termini to the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged private transfer for us to the port of Civitavecchia for our cruise. There is a great authentic trattoria right across the street from the hotel. Delicious food and great service.

Great location

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend trying the breakfast it was a highlight. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to the station. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night if your room faces the street. Cars and people passing by made it a little difficult to sleep. Also, I’d recommend using caution when walking in the area late at night. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

Hotel Morgana was wonderful! The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, taxi accessibility and shopping. We felt safe at all times. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! Hotel front desk could be a little more friendly except for one individual who we unfortunately didn’t get his name (maybe the manager?) who works in the mornings was very friendly and helped us with securing us with transportation to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again during our next trip.

Staff was excellent. When city had a power outage, they made us feel comfortable and safe with snacks and drinks while city worked on power. When staff ordered me a cab for airport following morning, they had to go breakfast ready for me as well.

When I booked I mentioned that it should be bed and breakfast, but to my greatest surprise, we were told to pay for our breakfast! We didn't find it funny! Why would we go to Morgana and pay such high rate when there were five star hotels with so many amenities and cheaper. I can definitely say we shall not go back there again. The staff were nice people though!

Old charm

The stay was comfortable, a bit noisy at times due to front doors needing repair but overall enjoyed the stay. Shower was small and door would get in the way. Rating was due to building needing some touch ups and repairs.

A lovely hotel close to the train station. Very convenient for transport links. Friendly, professional staff. Great breakfast, and nice rooms with good sound proofing. It is in a more functional part of the city so don’t expect fantastic views, but the hotel more than makes up for that.
