The property is in a very good location with excellent connect to Metro nearby and restaurants. The hotel is unfortunately not the standard I would have expected for 4 stars. Room cupboards were dusty. shower gels were not replaced and when asked for iron, the iron stand was probably 10 years old and did not function.

This is our second stay at this property and we love it. The Rome Termini is within walking distance. The staff is beyond accommodating and friendly. The rooms are small but clean and with all the necessary amenities. Definitely recommend it! They even assured pick up to and from airport (xtra fee) but the arranged all the logistics! Love it!

Very convenient and easy to get to/from Roma Termini. Also fairly safe outside the property. It was clean but toiletries weren’t always resupplied quickly.

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the Rome train station. Restaurants close by. The room was clean and modern. Hotel Staff were very nice!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
If you can evade this hotel defenetlly do it. The staff at the front desk seems very helpfull and cheerfull, until the moment they have to deliver. They sold me airport transportation, It never arrived and they charged cash and would not return the money. The wifi never works, the floor of the room is extreamlly dirty, the neghbourhood os very dangerous (words of the bell boy) the rooms are on a diferent buikding and it is very dangerous after 10pm.

The room was quite small but adequate for two. It was well furnished but did have a few dents and scratches here and there but overall it contained everything that we required and the maids did an excellent job of maintaining it on a daily basis. My only grievance would be with the bathroom it was just too small and was hard work to manoeuvre around. We had to sit on the toilet at an angle due to the basin being directly in front of it and then squeeze through the tight gap on the opposite side of the basin in order to enter the shower cubicle which was also very small. The staff were very polite helpful and attentive so can’t fault them whatsoever.

There were mixed reviews for this hotel but it was in a good location, only 5 mins walk from the station. the hotel was clean and the maid cleaned our room every day with clean towels. The room was small but we were out all day and only used it to sleep.... It would be helpful if there was a full mirror in the bedroom as the only mirror was in the bathroom. There are restaurants around the area which are good for breakfast or a quick snack... overall a good hotel and I would stay here again.

There are 2 parts to this hotel, the main entrance has the reception. I was in the adjoining part which is 100 metres away. But l was helped with luggage and shown to my room. It is a decent size with good bathroom, and air conditioning. It is 2 min from the Roma Terminal and the area has lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was included and was a good standard. Definitely will use this hotel in the future

Everything in central Rome looks old. But this hotel is very clean and relatively modern inside. Marble bathrooms. Excellent location for transportation. Not greatest location for ambience. Very friendly and helpful staff.
