Safe area, Cleanliness: Average expectations - Some areas could have been better maintained. Room Comfort: Average expectations - Was reasonably comfortable, it did meet our expectations overall. Staff & Service: Average expectations – They were polite, friendly and helpful Amenities: Average expectations - Basic and did not offer much compared with the price. Value: Average expectations - We feel the hotel provided fare value for the money we paid. Breakfast: We left early, we didn't have a chance to experience breakfast, we believe it was not offered and or included as part of the price paid. Atmosphere: Average expectations - Was somewhat ordinary with the welcoming feeling we expected. Overall: Average expectations - we were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we might recommend this hotel

This location is perfectly located in the middle of town for a tourist! Really amazing staff who have great communication via WhatsApp. The breakfasts were fantastic - Highly recommend!! And the dinner onsite is great too. Room was small, but clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were firm but comfortable (think memory foam). The pillows were not good but it’s nominal when everything else is perfect!!!

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD! Serious Health and Safety Hazard — DO NOT STAY HERE! Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was one meter of visible mold on the ceiling, which is a serious health concern. The room was clearly not cleaned or properly inspected before our arrival. There was visible dirt in the shower area and on the water faucet, indicating a significant lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance. After raising our concerns, we were moved to another room, only to discover mold in that bathroom as well. This clearly reflects poor maintenance and a LACK OF BASIC HYGIENE STANDARDS. To make matters worse, the SAFES in both rooms were BROKEN. Staff had to come and change the batteries and reset them just so we could retrieve our valuables. This raises serious concerns about the security of guests' belongings. The hotel was also extremely noisy as it is located on a very busy street, and the rooms are not properly sound-insulated. We requested a refund or appropriate compensation because the hotel's failure to provide a clean and safe environment exposed us to these conditions for four days. However, staff were rude, unhelpful, and had dismissive attitude. The manager was inaccessible, and despite raising our concerns, we received no satisfactory customer service or meaningful resolution.
