"This is my second time staying in the Emerald. Large space as always！Friendly staff as always! One thing to mention, I have left my SM Pad in the room! The friendly staff called me and told me how to arrange a return bag to collect the Pad! The hotel kept my pad safe for a few days until I completed my trip to arrange for the return bag to collect it! Much appreciated! "

"We had a very relaxing stay. The cottage is set in a beautiful rural area and yet only 45 minutes from the lake which is an absolute must to visit. Our only comment is to use caution with the kitchen taps as the hot water is very hot."

"Lovely holiday in Gisborne. Small bed but spotless room with everything we needed. We loved the coffee machine in the foyer and used the lovely pool in the hot weather. Staff were excellent. We will return "
