17. Urlaub im La Rotonda

Wir hatten das GlĂŒck in einer renovierten Fewo unter zukommen. Einziges Manko kein WĂ€schestĂ€nder bzw. teilweise defekte Außenbeleuchtung(Unfallgefahr). Aber man denkt ja mit und hat vorsorglich eine Taschenkampe mitgenommen. Ansonsten alles supi. Gunther

Wer einen atemberaubenden Blick ĂŒber den Gardasee sucht ist in der Anlage genau richtig. Wir hatten ein Apartment. Es war einfach, völlig ausreichend eingerichtet und sehr sauber mit einem riesigen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Da die Hotelanlage sehr hoch am Hang liegt, war die Anfahrt zum Hotel ( Pass Straße, sehr viele Kurven) schon ein Erlebnis. Um im See zu baden, wĂ€re es allerdings zum laufen zu weit, Es stehen aber zwei Pools mit Seeblick zur VerfĂŒgung,

Schöner Ausblick

Ich war hier schon öfters, wegen des schönen Ausblicks von oben auf den Gardasee vom Balkon. Durch die direkt neben- und terassenartigen ĂŒbereinander liegenden Wohnungen macht der Urlaub aber nur Spaß, wenn keine Kettenraucher um einen rum sind (ich bin Nichtraucher und hatte dieses Mal leider das Pech) und die LautstĂ€rke der Nachbarn im Rahmen bleibt. Angeblich hat die Unterkunft WLAN, hat aber bei mir nicht funktioniert.

Prachtig uitzicht en schoon appartement

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement. Al met al goed verzorgd en vriendelijk medewerkers. Onze kinderen waren dagelijks in het zwembad te vinden. Ook het restaurant van La Rotonda is erg goed!

Tolle Umgebung, Unterkunft schlecht ausgestattet

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit 5 P(3K:14,11,3)in einem App der Anlage. Diese sind tatsĂ€chlich klein,was die minimale KĂŒchenzeile betrifft, auch sehr(!) spartanisch ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer bietet weder AblageflĂ€che, noch Handtuchhalter und war mĂ€ĂŸig sauber.Stauraum in den beiden Schlafzimmern fĂŒr Kleidung vorhanden. Die beiden Pools der Anlage können nie ein Angebot fĂŒr alle GĂ€ste sein,Liegen waren nie frei. ..Restaurant war super! Tolles,immer nettes Team,moderate Preise!!!

Italienurlaub

Wir waren das vierte Mal in der Residence La Rotonda (Ferienwohnung), wir waren bisher immer zufrieden auch wenn die Anlage ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, leider war die Sauberkeit des Appartments diesmal mangelhaft, die Toilette und die Dusche und die Spiegel waren gar nicht gereinigt und vom Zustand der ToilettenbĂŒrste möchte ich gar nicht reden. In manchen RĂ€umen hingen Spinnenweben in allen Ecken und unter dem Doppelbett des Schlafzimmers lag eine dicke Staubschicht. Außerdem war die Unterkunft bei Anreise nicht fertig. Anreise ist von 16:00 bis 18:00, wir waren um 16:30 am Appartment. Außerdem waren die Betten nicht komplett abgezogen und es waren noch die ÜberzĂŒge der VorgĂ€nger drauf. Im Appartment waren bei unserer Ankunft drei Frauen am "putzen", wenn man das ĂŒberhaupt so bezeichnen kann. Außerdem fehlte der Stöpsel der KĂŒchenspĂŒle und kleine Löffel beim Besteck. Die beiden Sachen wurden von den Damen in der Rezeption aber umgehend geregelt. In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich auch sagen das man in der Rezeption immer sehr freundlich empfangen und behandelt wird und einem bei Problemen immer um Lösungen bemĂŒht ist. Ausser der Rezeption möchte ich noch die Pizzaria im Residence La Rotonda hervorheben, das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich und das Essen sehr gut, das ganze bei einer tollen Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Leider hatten wir im laufe des Urlaubs noch ein Problem mit der Dusche, explizit mit dem warmen Wasser. Gegen mitte der Woch war es nicht mehr möglich das alle mitreisenden warmes Wasser hatten, teilweise kam nur noch ein dĂŒnner Rinnsahl aus der Leitung. Duch das neustarten des Boilers konnte das Problem immer kurzzeitig zum fertigduschen behoben werden. Das Problem wurde ebenso an der Rezeption gemeldet damit die Nachfolger vielleicht mehr GlĂŒck haben.
