Convenient and clean.

It is in a very convenient location with many shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. We have a three bedroom apartment, which is quite large and comfortable. Enough space for our two little kids to play around. Being in a central location, the price is reasonable.

The Apartment itself had everything you expected. Not new but in ok condition. The building itself, facade, lift etc. not very pleasant. Location is perfect in the heart of the city

Its old, sofa is chewed up. 2 bedroom spacious the beds and aircon are good. Walking to shopping and foot massage is close. Traffic can be noisy for light sleepers. I heard they were going to renovate look forward to the new place. Hope the post on website if they are indeed going to renovate it can be noisy.

The property was definitely dated , not new but apartment was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Was especially nice to have the washer / dryer for long term stay. Bedding and pillows were excellent . Pool and gym clean and enjoyable. Location and staff 5 star .

Liked the convenient location, that laundry detergent was supplied and the friendly staff. The TV wasn’t working well. Picture and sound will stop intermittently after the first 5 minutes. So we couldn’t watch anything. Lack of air conditioning the lift.

You guys need to see to the smart tv and doorbell. I always need to sign in again each time i switch off the tv or after some time, it will auto logout. Should not be the case. Doorbell is always not working too. Each time repairman fix, after a few days, doorbell conks out . Other than that, good stay.

建物と内装がやや古い感じでしたが、きちんと清掃されており、衛生面で問題はありませんでした。２台しかないエレベーターの１台がメインテナンスで２日間使えなかったのは、ちょっと困りました。部屋が直接オーチャード・ロードに面していたため、車の音が少しうるさかったですが、このロケーションでは仕方ないと思います。

시내 중심에 위치했다는 것 빼곤 좋은 게 하나도 없네요. 비싸고 불친절하고 가성비는 최악입니다. 서비스 아파트인데도 기본적인 주방용품도 없구요.
