"We enjoyed our stay. We had 3 rooms, 2 connecting. I had asked on the expedia app about an ADA room, I didn't see the option and asked if I needed to rebook, the reply was no it would be taken care of. When we arrived, the hotel knew nothing about an ADA room and they were all sold out. The breakfast was good but basic, crowded, and they tended to run out of a few offered items by 9am. The children (6 total) really enjoyed the pool and splash pad. They did attempt mini golf but it was located in pine trees with no lighting after dark. The shuttle was great for visiting colonial Williamsburg. The staff were excellent, very friendly and happy to help with any questions or issues. The roof in 1 room did leak but it was in the corner and they did offer to move us but we declined due to having connecting rooms."
