"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "

From the moment you arrive, the hotel's modern architecture stands out, beautifully incorporating an orange theme that gives it a unique and energetic vibe. It's a refreshing change from typical hotel aesthetics and really sets a vibrant tone for your stay.
One of the biggest conveniences of The Artiste is its location within Forum Mall. This was a huge plus, making it incredibly easy to access a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options without even having to step outside. It truly adds another layer of convenience and enjoyment to your visit.
Beyond the impressive design and convenient location, the staff at The Artiste are exceptionally friendly. Every interaction, from check-in to asking for recommendations, was met with warmth and genuine helpfulness. Their attentiveness really made a difference.
