It is located on the edge of Fort Kochi's central area, it is an oasis but still within walking distance--and there is no shortage of tuk-tuks. "Lively staff, right in the centre of Fort Kochi. Location was fantastic with loads of restaurants & cafes close by. Room had aircon which was a big bonus as we didn’t think it had it. Rooms overlook communal courtyard - big and spacious. Clean bathrooms and no issue with bugs (except mosquitos but they are everywhere in Cochin). Cons: Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty upon arrival (some had stains) "
