"The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "

"Comfortable accommodation and well worth the money. One thing to note is that the place is a bit away (30 min walk) from the main tourist area of Fort Kochi. Not a lot dining options around the hotel either. However, you can take a bus or a quick tuk tuk ride to Jewish town or fort Kochi beach area. Good AC and ceiling fan. Windows with nets to prevent mosquitoes, fairly quiet place. Had a good night's sleep without fail"

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The room offered a stunning sea view, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our stay. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of fresh options. "Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "

"It was a short stay. We landed at around 3 am and did not want to hit the roads in the middle of the night. And we decided to stay overnight at the airport Marriott. The chauffeur Vishnu was very patient with us as we had to wait for a bit pick up a piece of baggage that we forgot. Check-in was a breeze with Faizan who insisted that we have a late check out option arranged for and he was definitely right. Thanks again. Will be back. We didn't get to use the pool as it was pouring outside but it looked wonderful and well maintained."
