"The room was quiet, tidy and spacious with a lovely view and effective heater. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and reasonably prompt when assistance was needed. Although instructions were to wash your dishes, no detergent was supplied. The large bed appeared not to have had sheets changed as one side of the pillowcase smelt like sweat and there were a few head hairs between the sheets. Ignoring that, we were very comfortable."

"We booked family room, perfect for our purposes. The manager was very informative, 5 stars to the staff. Only suggestion maybe additional variety of dishes for breakfast. and a few Asian meals in the bar. overall excellent place"

"Really loved our short stay at Pure Chalet. Great accommodation with lovely little features like good coffee any time you want it & even a complimentary port if you feel like it! Plus Fab’s cooked breakfast is just wonderful. Well worth a try!"
