"The apartment was clean and tidy with basic items. It was small with all amenities working, wi-fi works well along with the tv. Shopping Center was within a short walk with food store and restaurants close by too. The downside to the apartment, it is on the 4th floor and the advertised lift was out of order. The host Ab,was very pleasant and helpful. He arranged our car parking space for the whole of our stay, and paid for it! We would recommend this property for people who want to explore the...

After multiple e mails we eventually got this e mail an hour before we arrived. We we went in it was extremely cold the fire in the lounge didn't work. "The apartment was not very clean and had a horrible damp smell, really disappointed as it was not like portrayed in the pictures. Finger prints all over the walls and even foot prints on the roof (no idea how they got there). No cooking facilities, shouldn’t be advertised as an apartment if there is just a microwave, more of a room with a few extras. Would not recommend "

"our check in was at 4pm so when we got to into rotherham from bristol we called him numerous times to try and get the keys to go into the property. he ignored all of them just like the messages left on vrbo days prior. he then cancelled the booking at 5pm leaving us stranded 3/4 hours away from home. we booked for the whole weekend and vrbo only gave us a hotel for the friday night. so on saturday we had no where to sleep, no where to put our luggage or the car. Ruined the entire weekend."
