Things to improve: TV (TV was garbled with little channels to choose) Dryer (3 defective dryers: one didn't even dry my clothes after 90mins, one with dryer door that cannot close, and one with the dryer fan dislodged.. my clothes were dry but the fan dislodged onto my clothes, covering it with fabric particles.)"

"We had a execllent stay at Oasia Hotel Novena Singapore. Inspite the influx of guests during our stay, the staff managed it well. They were really attentive and showed so much care to their guests. The hotel offers a number of amenities, and the rooms were spotless clean from the bedsheets to the bathroom. The coffee pods and tea bags were regularly replenished. Kudos to the management, especially to all hotel workers from the front desk up to the housekeeping and kitchen staff. Special...

"It's near the bus stations so you can easily check your itinerary to plan your transportation going to different places. The food places and convince stores are very near the place so no more worries buying some of your essentials. I appreciated the continues new towels, toothbrushes provided daily and that the shower has hot water. "

"It’s quite nice but expensive it’s two star hotel, staff is good cleaning is good they try to provided basic stuff in room but room was small and washroom was too small , I was sleeping and checked out late only 30 minutes and I payed 10$ extra: it’s good but expensive no waiting area there "
