"The customer service was excellent, room was very clean, bed was EXTREMELY comfy, and we got a free upgraded room which was nice! We also were able to get a slightly longer checkout time and that helped us a lot. We found out that for future trips, we can bring our bunnies! So that’s a huge plus. Overall we are very happy with this hotel and will stay there again."
