    The Mill House offers two king-size en-suite bedrooms, each with walk-in showers, basins, heated towel rails, and WCs. There is also a cloakroom with a basin and WC. The property includes a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room featuring a woodburning stove. The house is equipped with central heating, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Entertainment options include a TV and WiFi. The rent includes fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove, as well as bed linen and towels. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. There is a designated off-road parking space for two cars, and the enclosed rear garden features a lawn, patio, picnic bench, and hot tub. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop is 3.1 miles away, and the closest pub is 1.7 miles. Cycling within this location is catered for with mountain biking trails and road cycling trails at Sutton Bank's Cycling Centre, Dalby Forest, and Tour de France routes, and there are further walks and cycling routes along the picturesque coast of North Yorkshire, as well as delightful locations including Whitby, Robin Hood Bay, and Staithes.
