There is a sociable farmhouse kitchen/dining room which is well presented and well-equipped for all your culinary needs and a great place to socialise. Bi-fold doors from the kitchen/dining room lead out onto the wonderful, decked area, a perfect place to sit and relax in the summer months with your favourite holiday tipple. A real feature of the property is the stunning sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows with views as far as the eye can see. Holmeside Barn has four good sized bedrooms across both the first and ground floors with various layouts to suit the whole groups sleeping arrangements, and the ground floor bedrooms have access to the garden. To the rear of the property there is a large lawned garden, complete with hidden ditch, so the view is uninterrupted, leading to a large lower lawn complete with a children’s play area. Holmeside Barn is surrounded by wildlife and livestock, so we ask that only well behaved dogs are brought. The garden area is not enclosed!

Nearby you will find the cathedral city of Ripon with an abundance of restaurants, pubs, cafés and independent shops that can all be easily reached. The Barn is also well placed for visiting the fashionable spa town of Harrogate, Fountains Abbey, RHS Garden Harlow Carr and Studley Royal are just a short drive away.
