"Everything was just fine. Great as a bed for the night. Room was clean but very basic. Breakfast was fine - hot buffet food could have been hotter. Staff were friendly enough. It was a very average short stay. Nothing special. Certainly wouldn't want to stay here for a week or as part of a holiday."

"Comfortable stay, small room, hotel could definitely do with a lot of updating, don't think it has been done since the 70s,. Bedroom was small but comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and breakfast was adequate. Selling point is definitely the location. 2 minutes walk to 2 tube stations with direct tubes to central London, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Would stay again. "

"The staff were pleasant and friendly. Check in was extremely easy, but parking is a let down as you have to pay £15 but if you move your car, your space is not guaranteed on return. "

"The breakfast hall was quite chaotic, and we had to wait for a table. As we were a large group, this was somewhat difficult. Two members of our group arrived earlier and were given a table for two. When the rest of us arrived, we were told that we could not be given another table as we had “already been allocated one.” We then moved to a larger table so that we could all sit together, however a staff member approached us and told us off in a manner that came across as quite rude. But the concierge and other staff were just brilliant! "
