"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right in downtown Dallas. Valet/Doorman was a nightmare when I first checked in. Kind of rude but I was like, he’s probably having a bad day. Checked in seamlessly and went to my room. Fairly big size room and spacious in the main room and bathroom. Mattress Beds were old and not very comfortable. Only other issue I had was I requested someone service my room and then just brought towels, asked again and nothing. Lastly, the AC in the room was crap. Don’t know if it worked or not. Overall 5 out 10. Location was a 9 out of 10"

"Everything was great except the every other day bed remake and clean up. When we are out on business or vacation we would rather not feel like we are still doing house work. We rent to get away from that or we would rent a B&B. We will weigh this particular policy next time. "

"It was originally an apartment complex I think back in the 20s they told me so the rooms are huge. Had a one bedroom bedroom suite compete with a kitchenette, large rooms very nice impressive dining room entryway all around very very pretty. I’d recommend recommended to anybody."

"To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. We quick changed and ran back to the elevator, and that process took another 30 minutes, with how many people were waiting and the fact the elevator stopped at all 22 floors on the way down. By the time we weaved through the cluster of people and got to the water park, we had an entire 23 minutes to enjoy it. I understand a lot of this is outside the hotels control, but for the cost, I would have expected the organization of everything to be much better."
