"This hotel was a very disappointing experience overall. First of all, the cleanliness was extremely poor—the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff was also rude and unprofessional; instead of helping with issues, they kept ignoring or delaying responses. The food quality was equally disappointing. It was neither fresh nor tasty, and the prices were unreasonably high. On top of that, the facilities were not functioning properly—the air conditioning kept turning off, and the Wi-Fi was almost useless. Despite having a good location, staying at this hotel felt like a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s better to look for other options. "

"Check in was very easy and the rooms were cleaned. The pool and spa were nice. The kitchen and laundry all were great."

"Tent was comfy and close to the amenities, was very quiet when we were there so had no issue with sound from other campers. Only thing our tent was right under a tree that the fruit bats like so maybe request a tent away from trees. I am sure they are harmless but they flew pretty close to us and the tent and was a bit scary when it was dark lol. And bats peeing and pooping on the tent was a bit gross. Kitchen area seemed well equipped and clean, even had a toaster, kettle and microwave ! We didnt experience any tours or the movie theater but we did have some campfire time. The bar/cafes shut early so be prepared and order some beer to go and food if you haven’t brought any. Shame they don’t stay open later and maybe have some music. "

"No air con in first room. Got moved into the next door room, air con worked but room was very tired. Don’t look at the carpet, there’s a million stories in there. Toilet door busted and held together with a zip tie! In saying that, bed was comfy, bedding was clean (I checked after reading other comments), the hotel is in a great location and I was there for one night. Good cafe downstairs on the corner, woolies, bws & good choice of restaurants nearby. "

"The staff working for the adjacent sports club wer very unhelpful when returning to the room late at night. No directions given, forced to sign into the club even though going into the room"
