"The breakfast was a bit chaotic and because the coffee/tea cups were piddly it meant your customers were crowded round the hot water dispensers to refresh their drinks. Why don't you have teapots that can hold enough water with one teabag to allow 2 cups which would prevent the toing and frowing. Breakfast detritus was not cleared efficiently either. By the time you got to a table that was clear the food was not fully hot. Too many people going backwards and forwards meant quies"

"Outstanding,hotel and staff.love this place.breakfast needs attention.every thing lovely,clean and in abundance but the cooked breakfast needs attention,terrible sausages and the beans looked like they had been reheated over and over again and not just me and my families but quite a few tables had the same left overs. But will I go again,absolutely.house keeping manager ,thankyou for going above and beyond for us.problem with the booking and there computers side but resolved in a heartbeat.thankyou."
