"Het hele huis was netjes en schoon. De keuken en de badkamer zagen eruit alsof ze recent waren gerenoveerd. De inrichting was compleet, alle noodzakelijke dingen waren aanwezig maar het was wel jammer dat er geen elektrisch koffieapparaat aanwezig was.Wij vonden het vreemd dat je voor het toilet naar boven moest, beneden was geen toilet.Echt onvoldoende was de kwaliteit van het bed. Het matras was echt aan vervanging toe. Eén matras op het 2-persoonsbed met een diepe kuil in het midden. De veren in het matras prikten in je lijf als je op de verkeerde plek lag. De tuin was ruim en groen met zowel meerdere zon- en schaduwplekken. Wel jammer dat er geen comfortabele tuinstoelen beschikbaar waren.Bij binnenkomst in de hal stond een grote mand met meerdere paren schoenen. Hierdoor lijkt het alsof de eigenlijke bewoners van het huis tijdelijk uit het huis zijn om het te kunnen verhuren. Dat idee werd bevestigd door de etenswaren die in de koelkast en diepvries stonden met een briefje dat die niet gebruikt mochten worden.Alresford is een erg leuke plaats met voldoende winkels, restaurants, pubs en koffiezaken. Door de directie busverbinding sta je in 20 minuten in het mooie Winchester. Ook leuk om naar toe te gaan is het tuincentrum aan de rand van het dorp."
